The Vodka Martini Elixir
Known originally as "The Kangaroo" in the early 1940s, its a cocktail that has always been a staple but was in need of a grander name and thus the new name "Vodka Martini" became the mainstay.
Our Vodka Martini Elixirs are created using an award-winning exceptionally smooth premium Australian vodka and a classic Italian dry vermouth, stirred over ice to impart the most satisfying flavours through the elixeration process. Just like its cousin the Gin Martini Elixir you can opt for one of the citrus twist options or the savoury option of olive brine. Fresh zest is added, imparting its essence into the liquid or brine from our olives is gently added permeating the salty olive taste into the smooth elixir.
The Vodka Martini Elixir is smooth and creamy with the subtle botanicals from the vermouth instilled in the elixir. With the citrus twist option, the profile is much more pronounced but not overpowering, enhancing the taste and feel of it. When the addition of the olive brine occurs, the saltiness pairs well with the light botanicals and creates a new and exciting balance of flavour to savour as you consume.

Elixir Options
Besides our classic Martini we offer multiple variations.
If you prefer the more subtle floral and botanical aspects of vermouth we have our Dry or Extra Dry Martini or if you like full bodied with extra vermouth, we also have the option for a Wet Martini.
We also have the option for those who like the slight saltiness that accompanies olives in our Dirty Martini.
Various citrus twists available as well.
Garnish Options
You have the choice of lemon or lime dehydtrated wheels, olives or a mystery garnish.
