WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

AS A BUSINESS BORN DURING COVID, We were able to provide free next day delivery to metro sydney for our smaller cocktail orders. however, due to business expansion We unfortunately can NO LONGER PROVIDE this as with scaling THIS IS NO LONGER FEASIBLE.
WE do provide NATIONAL DELIVERY VIA AUSPOST, ANYTHING $100 AND OVER WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR FREE DELIVERY.

LARGe or bulky custom orders delivered outside of nsw may incur a further charge.

DOES MY ORDER REQUIRE A SIGNATURE?

Only persons over the age of 18 are able to accept your delivery, a valid form of identification showing proof of age must be provided.

When making your order, please ensure that you have the appropriate identification being;

the adult person who placed the order
another adult at those premises who undertakes to accept it on behalf of the person who placed the order, or
if the delivery is not made on the same day as the order is taken or the sale is made, in accordance with the customer’s instructions.

Should identification not be provided, The Rogue Alchemist reserves the right to withhold your order.

DO I NEED ANY EQUIPMENT?

The beauty of our elixirs is that no equipment is necessary, just serve and enjoy!

HOW DO I PREPARE MY COCKTAIL?

Unlike other elixirs The Rogue Alchemist has created cocktails that can be consumed without the need to add any additional ingredients.
Every cocktail will come with a garnish (should you select one) and instructions on how it is best served.
Feel free to enjoy your elixir either straight from the bottle, or served over ice.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

As all of our elixirs are made to order we cannot issue returns. If there is something wrong with the elixir, please reach out to us so that we may fix the issue.

WHAT ARE THE EGIFT CARD TERMS?

can I redeem my gift card for cash?
- No, gift cards can only be redeemable via our online store. They are not cash transferable.

how is the gift card sent?
- once you purchase your gift card they are sent to yourself or the giftee via email. it is a fully paperless system, you will receive it in the form of email only, you will not be sent a physical card.

how long before the gift card expires?
- once purchased you have a full 365 days to use your card. should your gift card expire, any unused funds are unable to be refunded as the gift card code will be voided.
