The Old Fashioned Elixir
Maintaining its popularity through the ages, the Old Fashioned Elixir had versions of its original recipe dating back to 1806. Re-fashioned later on in Louisville, Kentucky this cocktail has continued its tradition of being served simply and classically in a rocks glass.
Our elixeration process starts by combining sugar dissolved under our custom mix of Australian aromatic bitters and orange bitters with a dash of filtered aqua. Once complete, we introduce an outstanding Kentucky straight bourbon whisky and blend until smooth.
Our Old Fashioned Elixir has a full and rich palate that coats your mouth from the first sip to the last. Starting with the pronounced flavours of maple, oak, the slight spice of the aromatic bitters & is rounded off by sweet orange notes.
