The Negroni Elixir
A classic concoction, this elixir has a complex and rich history, with the most well-known origin being Florence, Italy after Count Negroni wanted to strengthen his favourite drink the Americano.
This classic elixir is crafted using our award-winning, world-class London dry gin, the traditional Italian bitter aperitif, and a classic Italian rosso vermouth. We have also developed an option that switches to a French version of the aperitif which holds all the flavour but a fraction of the bitterness.
Upon consuming our Negroni Elixir your senses will detect delicate orange notes that are enhanced by the bittersweet botanicals of the wweet vermouth, followed closely by the herbal botanicals of the dry gin before rounding out with a fruity and vegetal bite left by the bitter aperitif.

We also offer off two options for Negroni, the traditional Italian Bitter Aperitif or a French version of the same Aperitif - one that has all the same flavour but less bitterness.

Enjoy your Negroni Elixir with either your choice of dehydrated orange wheel or if you feel like a surprise, our mystery garnish.
