The Apricus Elixir
The Apricus Elixir was inspired by the feeling of being able to enjoy a non - alcoholic beverage whilst being warmed by the sun.
It is a contemporary take on a Pina Colada Cocktail swapping out the coconut cream for coconut water. The fresh pineapple, sugar and lime all combine to bring a tropical flavour to the forefront of your palate, closely followed by the subtle warmth of wattleseed. Combined it creates a surprisingly sweet toffee-pineapple finish.We start the base of the Apricus Elixir by muddling fresh pineapple with coconut water, a touch of sugar & freshly squeezed lime juice before adding our Australian made Non-Alcoholic Spirit, Banks Botanical.
