The Daiquiri Elixir
The Daiquiri originated in Cuba in the late 1890s and unlike the variations you see today, a traditional daiquiri has a sour-style profile, is shaken and not a slushie consistency.
When building our Daiquiri Elixir, we use an aged Australian white rum combined with fresh lime juice and just a hint of sugar for the elixeration process to be completed.
Our elixir has a crisp and clean flavour, with light tropical fruit and citrus notes aromatizing the senses. Perfectly balanced to enjoy on a hot day as the sun sets.
